I agree to the following terms and conditions by adopting this cat from For the Love of Cats, Inc. (herein after referred to as FLC) and acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age.

I will provide adequate and proper food, water, and shelter for this cat everyday and will treat it with kindness, respect, and humane treatment at all times.

I agree to get general veterinary care for my cat at least once a year
and as often as any sickness and/or condition warrants it.

If, at any time, I choose to give up my new cat, I understand that I must return it to FLC.

I will, at no time, sell or abandon this cat, nor will I
allow this pet to be used for the purposes of vivisection or experimentation.

I will not allow this cat to, at any time, roam at large. I will make every reasonable effort to find my cat should it become lost or displaced. I will also check public and private shelters and make every attempt to promptly retrieve it.

I understand that animals may behave in ways that are not always predictable and acknowledge that FLC has made no warranties regarding the future condition, temperament, or conduct of this animal. I accept this animal as is, assuming all the risks and responsibilities that accompany pet ownership. I fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless FLC, its directors, members, volunteers, agents, servants, and employees from any claim, cause of action, or liability of any type/nature, whether known or unknown, that may directly arise out of or in connection with the adoption, care, ownership, maintenance, retention, temperament, conduct or condition of this animal. This waiver does include myself, all of my family members, and descendents from forever seeking any legal action whatsoever against FLC and its representatives
